For the photography unit i had to create and take some photography that would be public in magazine that the photography was suitable for , at first i really struggled with choosing between what type of photography i should use.
To start of with when i went out to shoot i had in mind a fashion magazine and so i started taking close ups of Jewellery , clothing logo's and also models wearing a specific outfit but then i got really bored of fashion and thought there could be more exciting different things to take images of. So i branched out to do Landscape photography. I would take images from the 6th floor balcony and even take pictures of buildings were ever i went but it still seemed like something was missing, until i reminded myself of a technique our tutor showed us in the studio which was "Light Photography"
What i like about light photography is you can create the image just by using light , you don't have to depend on getting specific products to shoot or making sure a location is nice , as long as you've got a dark background and a luminous equipment and a creative mind your are able to create whatever you wish.
Overall i was really confused at the start of this unit but as i started to discover the different techniques things became much easier, in the end i created one of the best light photography images. If i was to do again , i would do more planning towards my shoots , to avoid reshooting so many times to save time and get even better produced work in the time given.
